OpenMarkets will provide you with your BSB and Account Number for your new cash account in a Welcome Email unless you have linked an existing cash account.
Transferring funds in
With these details you will be able to now transfer funds into your cash account using internet, mobile or telephone banking.
Transferring funds out
Typically cash accounts do not have ATM withdrawal facility.
If you have selected Macquarie or Bankwest, look out for a welcome letter or email from the provider which will include your internet banking access information. Using these details, you can now manage your cash account just like any other bank account and transfer funds out as you please.
Note:Macquarie requires you to 'nominate' an external bank account in their system before you can transfer funds out.
If you have selected OpenMarkets-ANZ Cashactive, to transfer funds out you will need to complete a Withdrawal Request Form and email it to email@example.com. Generally funds are transferred within 24 hours.
Friendly note: Although OpenMarkets initiates the opening of your cash account, you are responsible for managing your cash account.
